a very busy day

lots of stuff to follow up before i can enjoy CNY break. suddenly everything just pops up from nowhere.

phone interviews with 2 different group of people. assisting journalist with his flight and hotel booking in vancouver. helping him to get canadian visa in 1 day. sending CNY gifts to media. pitch for program review and interviews. why why why... all of these happen when im ready to go off for CNY.

2 more days to holidays. but i feel like im completing a month's work in just 1 week. clients and colleagues remind me to check my mails when im on leave. arghhhhhh... i regret for telling them im from KL. i should just make up some stories that im visiting relatives in JB or Sabah or somewhere further.

i really look forward to CNY this year, not because i love celebrating the occasion, simply because im off work for 1 week, yay! and im meeting all my BFFs this CNY =)

receiving mails from japan is one of the happiest things in life. my host mother finally replied my mails after 10 years. this is the second time i receive a letter from her in the past 10 years. wow!

and my host brother sent me photos of his sons. his sons were only babies when i met them. and now they are studying in primary schools already. i doubt they still remember me.

guess it's time to visit japan =)

it's has been a great chilling saturday, i mean it literally, it's chilling! visited chilling waterfall with peiting after 2 years plus. had lots of fun =)

this is my first monthly meet after 8 months? anyway it's great to meet them again. some long lost frens. some new faces. some dinosaurs. some future venturers. the steamboat lunch was a blast. love the chicken soup + mushrooms + vegetables + tofu = yum yum!

reached home at almost 5pm. was so tired. but already planned for another date at 8.30pm. meeting the kepong guys again. had desserts at ben's. so yummy till we dont mind getting fat, haha. another awesome nite spent. oh we celebrated aiai's birthday without her presence. happy birthday! thanks for the yummy dessert, haha!

yes i have permed my hair. it is supposed to look natural but i dont have the skills like my stylist. so i dont know how to make it look nice. but it'll look better eventually. that's what my mum told me.

i plan to leave end of april. i know that's winter. so im trying to secure a job now. and yes i will make sure i'll get to meet everyone before i leave.

i am now working as pr exec, based in a lauyar office in kelana jaya. i hate my job. anyway im quitting in Feb. no further explanation needed. thanks!

everyone in the family misses my sis. everyone wishes she is here to celebrate christmas and new year. ok my fault for not allowing her to ponteng class the week before cny. how would i know all her malaysian classmates are already back and only returning after cny. i just want her to be a good student, so dont blame me =P

she celebrated new year with my cousins and their dog, Happy in macau. guess she's having a great time there. oh she went for the cheese tarts and pork chop noodles, all without me! that's the best in macau!

and to prevent we miss each other too much in the 3rd and 4th quarter, im visiting her in HK this march before i fly to NZ and she'll be going to costa rica this summer. that's a good deal, right? it had been quite some time since i visited my favourite country, yay!

2012 resolution # 1

woke up at 5am to accomplish my first resolution of the year - apply working holiday visa to new zealand. was totally panic and worried when i failed to log in. the kiasu me has filled up the form months ago, i just need to click submit by 10am on 4 Jan (NZ time). system error was all i get the entire 2 hours. omg! it really freaked me out. im very determined to leave current job, hence i must get the visa.

luckily when i decided to get back to bed, i tried one last time and the application went through this time. thank god!

hopefully i'll get good news 1 week later. that'll be the best bday gift! now it's time to sleep. good nite. and im working today. in 2 hours time. haha.

最近看的电视节目都在讨论人长大了，就要接受现实，顺着大人们所谓的轨道生活。很多人为了工作受委屈，为了生活忍气吞声。我绝对不要！那是我在世界末日前最大的希望。不妥协！

为什么理想不能战胜现实？这是一个永远没有答案的疑问。所以对得起自己就好。想太多就会有越多的顾虑，梦想到最后是不会实现的。朋友说：要不受委屈地做自己爱做的事必须等到你事业有成，不为钱烦恼的时候。我等不了。我的热血一滴也不能浪费在我不认同的事情上。

another awesome meet up with the 5+3 girls. the never ending gossip sharing is always our best past time. yao will be attending an interview on tues. if she passes, she'll be settling down in KL. all the best BFF!

as what i have announced to everyone i met: 2011 is one of the best years i had so far, thanks to the travels and all the adventures i have done. however the worst decision made this year is the current job. yes i hate this job to the extend that i hope office is attacked by terrorists so i dont have to go back to work on 3 jan.

anyway, that's life i guess. you wont be getting good stuff all the time. a little challenge motivates you to fight harder till you realize your dreams. i truly believe that everything happens for a reason. i deserve a better 2012! you guys too!

休息是为了走更长的路，而你是我的旅途... im so addicted to this song recently, thanks to the cheesy taiwanese drama.

back from singapore. met up with rosanne. i can now call her rosanne, coz she's no longer my boss. she's now my friend. met her mum and kids. and she intro me as her friend from KL. glad that we kept in touch after all the unpredictable drama that happened 6 months ago. glad that she has moved on. looking forward to working with her again.

nothing much to do in singapore besides eating and shopping. enjoyed every moment of that with mum and bro! brought mum to my favorite katong laksa, mos burger, east coast park, bugis, china town peanut tong yuen and fruit tarts at vivo! not to forget the massive sales at cotton on, haha!

apparently my cousins are mayday fans too. perhaps i should plan another trip to singapore for mayday concert in Feb!

managed to visit logos hope ship as well. i will become a volunteer on that ship one day. i know i will.

the bad news before 2011 ends is i didnt get into the final round of the contest run by taiwan tourism board. kinda expected, coz the previous winner only got in after sending in her proposal 3 years consecutively. i shall work harder next year. should i plan a trip to HK in march then? sis says the bros and sis in HK miss me, i miss them a lot too. there's so much to catch up, i shall plan n see how it goes =)

tomorrow is the last day of work in 2011. i took leave because i dont wanna spend time on someone i hate. very childish i know, but that's my freedom right? haha!

although it's the last day, i still need to pitch for a new program, complete a proposal and compile 2 monthly reports. the only difference is i do not have to appear in the office that i hate a lot. so when will i complete all the unfinished work? i dunno. i just wanna take a break from everything i hate.

anyway im still happy that office is closed. i can spend quality time with bro, watch movie, sleep till 11am, lying in the bed doing nothing. looking forward to meeting friends and going to singapore. 2012 will be a good year coz im leaving this shitty job, yay!

finally met up with kai yee and xiao you. it has been so long. too much to catch up. we have planned a short trip to celebrate 5+3's friendship! cant wait to meet up with everyone again, especially when yao is back next month. we have been friends for more than 10 years, yay!

this is a happy week. coz i met up with the boys on mon then the girls on sat. had so much fun with all of them. even though wed was a bad day for me, yes it's all because of work. i still consider this week a very contended one for me. i have made decisions. decided what i wanna do next. and working hard towards my goals. so yeah, i know i can make it with the support of my dear friends! love you all!

the impromptu dinner turned into birthday celebration for pohkiat and weisen. it was a great to catch up with everyone, although we just met last week. i have promised that i wont be complaining about work, i'll keep the promise, no worries lah. we had a lot of fun, discussing our future plans!

we talked about our carpark business again. initially it was my dream. now it has become everyone's dream. haha. i strongly believe that the guys love hanging out with me because i make them feel young. who on earth will teach them how to rob the bank/ start bbq chicken wings stall/ buy lottery etc.

watched an interview on astro about a lady who travels around the world with the budget of 10USD per day. her travel experience is quite inspiring, she went to middle east and tibet by hitchhiking. that needs a lot of courage and good luck! that's also the best way to initiate interaction with the locals. im sure the raleigh folks would love traveling to kampung-like places and make lots of kecohness, haha.

but i totally disagree that she went into some sights without paying the entrance ticket. she either sneaked in through the back door or pretended that she didnt see the guards. telling white lies during travel is acceptable, almost everyone has done that. but skipping the compulsory entrance fee is morally wrong, that's what i learnt in schools. of coz i knew that some entrance tickets are pretty expensive, so if you cant afford, dont go in at all lor. you should contribute to the maintenance of the sights if you would like to visit them. at least i feel so, haha!

anyway, i shall start planning for 2012. where to go and what to do. it's time to make new resolutions. i have to accept the fact that 2012 is not end of the world =) so i gotta work and live harder.

i have been complaining a lot about work. guess it's time to put a full stop to all the rantings. thanks to everyone who layan me, haha. i know you guys are tired, am sure your ears hate me! trust me, this is the last time i am complaining about this stupid company, and all the stupid clients.

work is still the same, full of crap. working hard to secure interviews, then on the day before the interview, client canceled it for the dumbest reason in the world, she has no time to brief the interviewee. seriously WTF, isn't that your job? what if i tell you i have no time to pitch the interviews?

clients are not always right! clients can be dumb too, very dumb at times. to the bimbo in HK, paying us a retainer doesn't mean that i am your slave or your robot who listens to you all the time, fulfilling all your silly requests, helping you clean the mess after you create havoc. i dont buy this idea at all. so stop trying to control me. i am not my boss. my boss can promise you the star, moon or whatever on earth just for that small amount of money. but i cant. my dignity is more important than everything else.

bosses are not always right too. some bosses can be very lame, some are vain pots, some are naive. reminder to self: i will not be like them. if i do, please shoot me.

after posting this, everything at work still sucks, just let them be. idiots cant be transformed anyway.

星光

都说自从我从台湾回来后，就一直有好片上映，真的让我好想好想马上飞到台湾去看戏！
星光是由几米的作品改编为电影。最重要的是有五月天助阵，哈哈。除了有石头的演出，主题曲也是五月天的出品！

PS: 以上的照片是在南港捷运站拍的。还记得当时为了拍完几米的整幅作品，我和妹妹被工作人员赶了好多次；经过的列车应该有5个班次或更多，车里的人一定以为我们傻了，一直不上火车。但我们还是成功了，哈哈！

a lot of people think PR means attending events & meeting celebs, that is so darn wrong! pls stop asking me if i meet celebs everyday? no i dont. and i hope i dont have to meet them. having celebs at any event is way too tiring, for me at least.

have been busy with 2 events since last week. first one was a cocktail event, the VVIP is a super star celeb from the US. if you read the papers, you know who im referring to. she's ok but her fans are crazy! the whole event is so messy. moreover due to the miscommunication among client and agencies and other third parties, there're so much of crisis management and follow up. not fun at all. i hate being blamed for things that are none of my business. yes im controlled by my ego, so what?!

just last night i witnessed the crowning of a brand new beauty queen. this is another dealing-with-the-diva exercise for me. luckily this is not my account. im just the keh leh feh running around to help my bosses with the execution. another messy stunt due to insufficient planning and communication. thanks to this event, i know i will not stay very long in this company. for a very simple reason: im a PR practitioner, im not cheap labour.

now i need to settle the contract. might need lawyer Q's consultation, again. haha...

well, it's kalai's birthday (again). yes again, haha! still remember every year we would be celebrating her birthday at least twice or more. this year i couldnt make it to her birthday party with her big family coz i was in penang that weekend. thus we went for a chinese dinner with the usual gang. it's so fun catching up with everyone. the non-stop laughter and gossips! haha... ok we must meet up again.

i wanna advice all companies who don't trust their pr agency to save their budget on pr. no point hiring someone whom you don't have faith in. if you want someone who listen to you all the time, get a machine. it'll work better, trust me. the con call ended after an hour of you talk, we listen. we talk, you argue.

but that's fine. im meeting my taylors girls tonite. this alien can never ruin my day. after work, lepak in tropicana mall while waiting for the girls. read almost all the parenting-kids mags in borders, how pathetic! im not workaholic, im just responsible, haha. quite sien, so i visit lawyer Q at his office. a short but sweet catch up. he's curious how can a company functions without admin staff and cleaner. im still figuring that question out too, haha. tell me when you get the answer!

please tell me how to get an ant-eater. i'll make him my favorite pet. i desperately want to kill all the ants in office! it's super super irritating to see them crawling on the desk, around my laptop, everywhere in the office! killing ants is my new hobby now. will insect repellent help? rumour says ants hate cucumber. i must try that. i have had enough patience with the ants. they are the tiniest creatures, but definitely the most annoying ones. arghhhhhhh

i believe all of us have this love-hate relationship with air asia. i really love the now-everyone-can-fly idea, coz im one of them who is flying quite frequently with them. but i hate it more than i love it! ishhh

air asia decides your travel destination. so true right? you'll know what's the cheapest deal by looking at the photo albums posted on FB. so now it's time to visit taiwan & UK & melbourne! i have seen at least 10 albums of these places posted online. enough!

i have been working in the agency for a month, wow!

media friends thought i am mad, why would i join agency after working on client side for a year. i have no choice lah! u think i so stupid meh. am waiting for my ex client to dong shan zai qi! haha.

i still cant accept the fact that there is no cleaner, no direct line/phones, no server/computers, no pantry and the most important point NO LENGZAI in the office. anyway, i have signed the offer letter. so i gotta accept all these.

i still enjoy working from home (obviously!) but working hours now are pretty flexible too. just that the daily reports gotta be sent by 1030am, thanks to the anal client. im doing pretty fine till now. lots of ranting i know, but work load and everything else seem OK. who doesn't complain at work, right?

to celebrate my one month anniversary, i will get myself something. what's the something? yet to be decided. most probably a holiday (i hope)!

城市人的悲哀

曾经到访过落后地区的人或多或少都会赞成，城市人的不满足于现况是很悲哀的。

也许你会同情住在乡下的人没有水电供应，生活不方便。没有百货公司，得自己种菜缝衣服。没有汽车，去哪儿都得走一天的路。

其实这些对他们来说都不怎么重要。重要的是，他们活得快乐自在。

他们不被名利所诱惑。他们的每一天只为过得平安健康。不是吗？

至少我在乡下认识的朋友每一个都对生活从满热情，虽然他们没有很好的生活环境。

他们安于现状，觉得那样的生活没什么不好，有一点点意外的收获就很开心。他们脸上的笑容很令人羡慕。

现在的城市人为了工作而失去了自由和健康，还有与家人相处的时间。稍有成绩，就想要更多的金钱更高的地位。这些欲望永远都追不完。什么时候才足够呢？才能休息呢? 这也就是城市人自以为很棒的生活品质，但其实很空洞。

城市人的笑容都不持久，有些甚至很虚伪。相比于乡下人，他们可以为了捕到一条鱼而挂着微笑一整天；为了一顿团圆饭忙了一天依然保持着笑脸迎人。

基本的生活条件足够就好，不要太强求，才能过得快乐。这就是我在乡下学到的道理。

很无奈的，在城市里住了那么久，我们都回不去了。回不去当初的简简单单，轻轻松松。

照理我今天应该为星期四的发表会忙个不停。但我却受不了FB一直有五月天的最新消息。就进去看了下。看了北京，再看香港，再看看上海。

为什么他们没有来马来西亚？

而且还答应中国歌迷在票房最高的三个城市办免费新歌演唱会。OMG！我也要去！

电影里没有马来西亚演唱会的片断我已经很伤心了，现在又不来这里，为什么？

finally i get positive reply from my ex client, yay!

it's fated lor... that's all i can say. haha.

watched nasi lemak 2.0 last nite. no comments yet. need some time to digest. hope i get the jokes right. haha.

but the discussion on whether the movie will be banned is interesting enough to keep everyone excited about the movie.

anyway, nothing much to update about work. oh i hate being the despatch girl. dont think that's cost effective. i spend more than an hour just to find a freaking building! guess i shall just pay the courier company.

photo editing is an addictive hobby. am getting a little anti social recently. hence i pick up the hobby. it's cool to have some ME time over the long weekend. to figure out what i wanna achieve. what i like doing. what i can and cannot bear with.

the more taiwanese drama i watch, the more i miss taiwan. LLQ, lets get our dream started. move there, like now!

on another note, sometimes i really think i venture into the wrong industry. why i dont get business trips overseas?

first week

glad that i survived first week. work is OK. colleagues are OK.

but getting up early still needs a lot of improvement. got a saman on the third day of work, brilliant rite?!

went for first event today. quite fun. met a shaolin monk who will be participating in the kickboxing event end of this month. i'll be watching the match LIVE!

wow, i always think wrestling/boxing/fighting on stage is cruel. am i prepared to watch it live? haha

oh the press con was held at mont kiara plaza today. the thai restaurant is now hsbc. jap restaurant is now mr siew bao. and there's a new club, new cafe, new optical shop. and a new shopping mall opposite the plaza. it proves that i have not visited mont kiara long enough.

besides sleeping at 9 or 10pm everyday, guess im still coping with the job.what else to update?

oh yes im happy that luoqian and grace are near me. must lunch more often!

and the perks of working in the agency is that i get a 2-weeks break end of the year for FREE. should i go HK for christmas? (yes yes yes!!!)

not to forget my dress code to work is jeans with smart casual top =)

day 1 after 1.5 years

this is the first day i went back to normal working routine. it's a little tough to wake up early, decide what to wear, stuck in the jam, get a parking space etc. but it'll not last long, i hope! getting used to the routine and stay passionate at work should not be a prob, as i am the one who chose the job =)

got 2 shocking news since i stepped into the office.

one of the colleagues will be leaving next month.

某晚心血来潮，在房里收拾东西。打开了久违出现的包包，找到了毕业纪念册。当然要看看啦，回味一下同学们对我厚爱！

原来早在中学时期我已经把可爱精神发扬光大。我一直都以为我在近两年内才很厚脸皮地大事宣传我的可爱。可是，原来可爱是自然散发的；就算不宣传，别人也感受到。

看见班上或曾经同班的同学个个都说：对茹薏的印象就是她很可爱，很爱笑。就连同班两年但说不到10句话的男同学也说：虽然很少和你谈话，但知道你很可爱。

很夸张吧？我真的有点吓到咯。我还以为我中学时很低调的。也许是他们真的觉得我很可爱？哈哈！

谢谢大家的支持。突然有点想念我的同学。好久没见了。

as the old chinese saying 人算不如天算, i have changed my plans for 2011/2012

im not freckle minded but when opportunity comes, u gotta decide to take or leave it

it's sept 2011 now. im pretty sure 2012 wont be end of the world, so i gotta make new plans.

getting a 6 months temp job is not tough, but getting a job that i like with the pay i deserve is tough enough

who knows what will happen tomorrow?

who can guarantee im able to secure the NZ visa by next jan?

i cant just wait here doing nothing. i need to make full use of my capability

i gotta admit that im pretty lucky in my career path

opportunities just pop up when i need them

from internship to agency to freelance to agency again

actually it's all connected. i gotta thank myself for the dedication at work.

every job offer is recommended by ex-boss. im doing quite a good job ya, haha

anyway i will be working full time, in an office, from 9am to 6pm, with colleagues, wearing formal clothes starting next monday!

i have left this kinda environment long enough, haha

i gotta build up my contacts. widen my social circle. face more challenges

as im only 25

so like that lor...

a good place to stay after retirement

we went to amsterdam, with the though that we can see windmills everywhere. we're disappointed after looking everywhere for windmills. we only saw one. but day trip to volendam and marken was really fun!

amsterdam is not my favourite country. food and transport and everything else are super expensive here. accommodation is not as good as expectation. anyhow, we enjoyed the ice-cream, pork ribs, strawberries.. it's all about food! haha.. not to forget, the anne frank museum - my favourite spot in amsterdam!

visiting yao in cambridge marked the end of my one month excursion. was a little upset to leave coz i still have a lot to catch up with yao. her housemates are the best hosts ever. it's definitely a wise decision to end my trip there. i felt im home already. thanks for the home-cooked dinner =)

and coming back home means i gotta decide what i wanna do next. getting a job. worst thing is maid went back for holidays and refused to come back. we gotta do household chores now. tons and tons of clothes to wash after the trip, imagine that!

europe is fun. it's not as summer as everyone warned us. luckily i listened to yao. brought a few sweaters with me. weather was quite cold half of the time.

it's not as 'cham' as my hk fren told me. we only had breads (almost every meal) in paris. in fact, we had quite good meals in the rest of the countries. tapas, paella, spare ribs, pork burger... we even had bubble tea, haha!

hostels are ok. some are really good. felt dodgy in barcelona but ended up missing the hostel after spending 5 nights there.

what i missed the most? H&M! hahaha

we have been spending all day just shopping and tea-time (ing) coz we couldn't go outdoor.

we have not much czech crowns left. so we really shouldn't spend on unnecessary stuff.

and eating too much sweet stuff isn't that healthy also lah, but i can't resist when it comes to tiramisu. haha...

ps: fruit tea in european countries is really nice. love it!

i have been listening to recording of focus group discussion for more than 6 hours per day.

the recording is just 2 hours but it takes me ages to do the transcription.

being a work-from-home PR consultant seems easier here, haha. i just need to reply emails and i earn more.

i will definitely spend this rm80 wisely. =)

i hate to admit but im a total failure every time i go to the bank. what happened this afternoon made me wanna jump for taipei 101. i have never been so stupid in the past 25 years.

guess what? i withdraw rm5000 at the counter and left the bank without collecting my cash!

i believe no one on earth would make such a silly mistake. im the silliest person in the world (just for today!)

when i went back to my car, i asked my sis: where's the money?

then i realised i left the counter right after the staff passed me my account book.

i went back in to tell the staff, oh saya belum ambil cash saya.

before i completed my sentence, he said, hey yap luyi. and he laughed.

so everyone in the bank looked at me. when the staff passed me a huge stack of rm50, ppl around me stared at me with super huge eyes.

they made me feel stupid. why did i let that happen?

i have no idea. i always have difficulties dealing with banking issues.

this is not the first time i feel stupid after visiting a bank.

after telling my parents what happened, they had a good laugh, and i have found a solution!

i should marry a banker. then i'll have a professional team to settle all banking stuff on my behalf. and i wont feel stupid!

this is my 4th visit in less than 6 months. it's still very fun. the weather still so hot. the food is still super yummy. my guests love it, so does the tour guide! what a coincident, i always have guests from HK who wanna visit melaka! must be the guide book. all of them refer to the malaysia guide books from the same publisher. i guess im a better guide, haha!

finally i brought mummy there. she has been complaining that i always tell her how good the food is and she never gets to try them. haha. so this time she gets to eat chicken rice ball, cendol and cakes from nadeje. she complains that she didnt get to try satay celup, so i gotta visit melaka again, haha.

visiting KL is getting more interesting every time i bring foreign visitors touring the common tourist attractions and some hidden gems that i have found.

sis n i brought valeriee to brickfields aka little india. this is the first time i literally walk along the streets, amazed by the pretty ornaments. no doubt the weather is super hot, but i enjoy the stroll.

next we went to national museum. this is my first visit after the renovation. the first thing that caught my attention is the history channel billboard about the universe. then i saw snippets of malayan emergency with history logo on the TV. wow! again im so proud to be part of this awesome project. im also amazed by the hi-tech & interactive machines. our museum is not that bad actually =)

next destination, lake gardens. as usual i couldnt find my way out. ended up at national mosque. out HK guest is very interested with malay culture and art. so we went in to visit the interior. of coz with the 'harry potter' robe. it's seriously super hot! we found police museum nearby too. shall pay a visit next time, haha. it started to rain so we get back into the car. and head to putrajaya.

the drive to putrajaya is pretty long. it must be the rain that caused the jam. we're fortunate that the weather turned sunny when we reached putrajaya. mosque is closed for prayers. i was quite hungry so we had some local snacks at food court. the lake is a great spot to camwhore. valeriee happily took millions of photos there, haha. i break my won record by visiting 2 mosques in a day, haha. met a super nice volunteer guide in the mosque. he brought us into the main hall, explained every element of the mosque. an educational yet interesting tour!

the last itinerary, which is also the most important one. house warming at shu woan's new place. had a great great nite with my raleigh frens. miss shuwoan so much. busy chatting about random topics, as usual. rounds and rounds of laughter. not to forget the drinking session, haha. it has been quite some time since all of us gather around and behave like how we usually do. sis, hope to see u in sabah, soon!

final handover

final handover of my PR job with AETN. had discussion over lunch with colleagues from Arcis. exchanging info of the new characters is the most important session of the handover. i hope they'll do fine.

it's sad to say byebye after all the hard work i have done. i started to handle all publicity for BIO since it's launched in msia last year. i can still remember clearly each interview, feature article and press release i disseminated to the media. im proud of my work.

after the handover, i head to one u to meet my sis and her fren from HK. im so tempted to shop but i gotta tahan till i go taiwan coz it is a shopping heaven! so now i need to think twice before i spend coz im jobless or more accurately income-less next month.

but i still have budget to makan good food la. haha. went to SS2 mall for the very famous bubble tea recommended by GQ. pipo was there too. had tea time with them, chatted for almost 2 hours. gossiping is women's best past time.

i'll be tour guide again tmr. for my new HK fren, valeriee. since i have HK guests almost every other month, im quite familiar with KL tourist attractions now. i think i should take over peiting's travel kaki business. haha =)

have been looking forward to attend kelvin's wedding since he announced his very unique marriage proposal, haha. sis came back from HK, landed only after mid night, partially because of his wedding luncheon. we really give face to him lor, since he's such a nice fren =)

it's a short and sweet luncheon. 2 tables of raleighians. sure kecoh kau kau. haha. we had fun watching him and his pretty wife yumseng from table to table. until they were quite drunk.

we were also busy planning for GQ's wedding throughout the luncheon. we have finalised the theme, the menu, the music, the games and etc for the wedding supper next year. everyone now believes that GQ will get married next year, except carrot. work harder peeps. haha.

oh i was late coz i got lost. very long story. i set the wrong destination on google map. so it brought me to a wrong place. stupid me. but im lucky enough that the couple waited for me before they made the grand 'opening' of the wedding luncheon. thanks kelvin for being a considerate fren. he separated me n my number 1 enemy in different tables =)

june will be a new chapter for a lot of ppl, according to archin. how true. especially for me.

i'll be jobless starting june. actually i would like to consider myself as a full time traveler. haha.

the idea of starting a travel blog is getting more concrete. have been talking to people. checking other blogs. planning. daydreaming. and yes! i must work things out soon. gahyau ar!

after planning the gathering for more than 2 months. checking each other's schedules every other week. changing the plan numerous times. finally we met up for brunch!

too bad we still missed grace. you must make it in aug.

oh no, it should be 5 of us must meet up again in aug. no more delaying. no more excuses =)

everyone is busy at work. busy planning for future.

im glad melissa is getting married with shaun finally. i promise no matter where i am in 2013, i'll come back for your wedding!

and luoqian shares the same run-away-from-malaysia dream as me! we'll make it come true!

gathering with buddies is awesome. you can talk about anything. get the latest gossip about the person you both hate or love. and buddies remind you how young you are. young people deserve to have dreams.

i was just telling mummy i found out some juicy gossips about ah K and ah Y boh song ah L, so they started a campaign to boycott him. ah K was so aggressive, he shared all his dissatisfaction on social network. i was suspecting about it since few months back. mana tau it's really happening now.

being a very dedicated PR practitioner, i will not leave out any clue once i knew something big gonna happen. just like how i follow tvb drama, i find my way to dig out more info on each episode till the very last battle. and something unexpected happen in final episode.

i thought ah L will win the battle. since he's a strong leader. he's always so firm that no one dares to say NO to him. didnt know how ah K fought against ah L. but he is really geng lor. he was supposed to be the odd in every way, but now he won! ah L gonna leave the battle ground right away.

a lot of ppl have been telling me negative comments about ah L. but my acquaintance with him was pretty fine. dunno lah. since i have made my plans, im off the battle. anyway i hope ah L is doing fine. no matter what happens, i appreciate him for 'everything'.

ps: as mentioned in title, no one will understand this post. i know i have a lot of friends who are caring enough to know what's happening around me. no worries lah.
