fighting for my rights

tonnes of unpredictable stuff happened in these 2 days... few days back, when i read YF's blog about the unlucky incidents that hit her family... i told myself, it's almost end of the year... i bet nothing worse would happen... i sincerely wish that my family n friends will have a great christmas n new year... however, on the same day, the manager told me that he has something to discuss with us at 5.30 pm... didn't think much about that... tot it was merely to discuss our evaluation or wat so ever... later then, he passed us a time table... telling us that he needs only 2 person to answer the calls... however, he did not want to fire any of us... so he has came out with a time table, each of us only have to work on certain days... if u get to see the time table, im sure u'll go: WHAT THE F*** !!!

if we follow the time table, i'll be working for another 2 days in the whole dec... just 2 more days... n in jan, i work only 12 days... hey, do u think i'll accept his deal?? it's so unfair... i'll lose my shopping plans... my vacation n all... i definitely will not say YES... no one said a single word until i told the manager, i do not agree with the sudden change... i need explanation... i might be a little too aggresive but that's the real me... i do not deserved to be treated in such a way... hey, my job consultant says i'll be working 5 days a week... n i'll get paid RM 1000 ++ per month... if u want me to follow the freaky time table, talk to my consultant...

the manager n supervisor came out with another decision... that's asking luoqian n i to join another project... manager said he has his difficulties too... his superior asked him to do so... he apologised... ok, i'll trust him once more...

we gave it a try yesterday n that's totally not wat we expected... we have been making tonnes of calls the whole day... with the stupid cap guy keep reminding us that we need to make at least 50 successful calls... hey, do u know that the database he gave us is so so outdated... there are mobile numbers which start with 010... n lots of numbers that are not in service... we have tried our best... we are not machines n we do not want to stay in the project for the rest 1 n half months... n when u see the 2 gals who u supposed to work with spent their whole day playing online games, walking around in the office, chatting happily... sorry, i cant take it anymore...

hopefully there will be good news on monday, or else i'll have to say bye-bye to R C...
