adam is a nice guy!

he's really a gentleman! that's my best discovery of the day. terima kasih banyak-banyak atas mandarin orange dan kerjasama anda. i must admit arqian 很有眼光.. at least more ppl think he's cool compared to my KKK, haha! had a tiring yet enjoyable day at the mud hut with alpha. sg pisang wasnt that nice anymore. lots of families. lots of rubbish. made new frens from penang. built some mud bricks. chatting non-stop with arqian. got lost. sun-burnt. that's how i spent my sunday =)

jiayou, uncle!

the primary school gathering last nite was great , although just the four of us, we chatted for hours, haha. love being with the girls. hope we'll be able to organise more sessions like this - good food. nice companion. great chats. just came back from staff training. woke up slightly late, then was a bit lost on the way there, so i was late. luckily there're ppl who came later than me, oops.. attendance was ok. looking at their performance, i guess everyone gained something useful, no? =P im pleased to meet some frens whom i have not seen for quite some time. i enjoyed the 'pork' lunch with them too, but i seriously hate driving to KL. got a not very pleasant sms from lawyer Q last nite when i was having dinner. he told me he wont be able make it for staff training. for the first time i didnt tease him for ffk. i was quite worried instead. hope uncle is recovering by now. god bless him! bro, u must take care!

celebrating chap goh meh

celebrated chap goh meh with my youngest brother. although we are 7 years apart, generation gap doesnt happen at all. had vietnamese lunch at desa park city. the red bean dessert is yummy! beef noodles and chicken chop rice are not bad too. i spent almost 2 hours listening to him talking. if u think i talk a lot, my bro talks 10 times more than me. n he's way more creative and imaginative than me! haha. he told me how he served the ang mo customers, what do they usually order, how to serve vietnam coffee... the taiwanese show that i always watch says that females need to express 30000 words per day while males just converse roughly 8000 words. the researcher seriously missed out my bro in the survey. tv show reminded me that we gotta eat tong yuen on chap goh meh. so i decided to heat up the remaining peanut tong yuen in the fridge. the soup base was sesame paste from HK. what a great dessert for chap goh meh =) shared the dessert with my youngest bro again, as he's the only pe

5 Reasons To Go Backpacking

thanks to karlye for the great article. so ppl, dont ask me why im taking gap year. read the article below. it speaks out my mind completely. terima kasih. Here are five reason why you should step out of your comfort zone and go traveling: 1. What’s A Year? One year out of say 40 years of work isn’t a lot in the grand scheme of things. You’ll find on your return things will be pretty much the same. I often think that it’d be good to be at home in familiar surroundings but I remind myself that if I was there, I’d be pretty much sick of it after a week. 2. Same Repeated Cycle Do you feel the need to do something different? Are you sick of the same people doing the same things, going to the same old places day in day out, nothing ever seems to change. Going traveling is a great way to spend your time seeing amazing sights and doing great things that are a far cry from the mundane humdrum life at home. 3. Do It Now, While You Can While many people of different ages go traveling, many find
