what does a potato harvester do?

 

going to the farm as early as 6am

this is taken at 8am. can see sun rise at 7am

very pretty view. but you need to battle the cold weather

the driver will drive along the lines

the machine at the end of the vehicle will transport potatoes along with 

mud clot, stones, grass, etc to the conveyor belt in the cabin

usually it'll be filled with mountains of potatoes

my role is to pick the rotten and ugly looking potatoes, 

and all other articles that are not recognised as potato

 

the typical potato harvester look 

it's freaking cold, trust me

i wore 3 layers underneath the jumper

2 pairs of leggings with long pants

2 layers of gloves and a beanie
