the art of saying NO

How to say NO in a proper way??

Whenever someone ask me for a favour, no matter i am willing to do it or not, i'll probably say YES, i wanted to say NO, but i dare not do so... am i coward?? i just dun wan the others to feel bad... n i wanna give them a good impression bout me too... i dun wanna others to view me as a selfish person... rejecting my own frens seems so mean n cruel... maybe i think too much...just say NO when i'm not able to fulfill the other's needs... perhaps i'll feel better and not suffer myself while helping others... i should be brave to say NO... every1 has the right to do so... what's wrong with that?? i should try it the next time when someone ask me to send them here n there... say NO when someone ask me to help them do assignment... say NO when someone ask me to so something i dislike... just say NO when i wanna do so... BE BRAVE!!! =D

Yeah it's easy to say so...but when times comes to do so, i probably say 'nn (that is suppose to me nearly a no),yes then'

今天看了《大学生了没》才知道原来杰弟来自单亲家庭。他爸常上节目，他也一直表现一副幸福小孩的样子。我以为因为他家境好所以品学兼优，可以念上台大，舞蹈又那么厉害。原来我错了。他自从一岁生日后就没有一家人一起陪他庆生了。 过后陶子姐问现场到底有多少个单亲家庭的小孩，原来可乐和小胖也是。还有其它很多平时很乐观开朗的大学生。他们表现开朗，因为他们比别人更珍惜幸福。 我有种恍然大悟的感觉。原来很多事情不能只看表面。也不能一直执著下去。也许我该豁达一点。 杰弟加油！
