another experience as host family
this is the second time my family hosted japanese youth exchangee... it was a wonderful experience for me... since this time i am the one who plan all the outings and i am the one who volunteered or should be refered as 'forced' to be the tour guide plus driver... anyway, i enjoyed all the trips i planned for yuki and myself... i have been staying in kuala lumpur for more than 19 years, n sad to say that i have not been to quite a number of the places of interest in my hometown... this is the first time i visit PETROSAINS... worlds largest BIRD PARK in lake gardens... NATIONAL MUSEUM n BATU CAVES since the past 3 years... CHOW KIT to introduce unique 'AGUA" culture to japanese... having tea in MONT KIARA... n the greatest of these all is i drove to a lot of places that i have not been to... it is a great accomplishment for myself... i am truelly proud of myself... haha... of coz i hope that yuki enjoyed the outings i planned too... or else it'll be a 'syok sendiri' case...
that nite, we sent her to the airport, i was quite surprised that she cried when we were about to leave the aiport... she looked so tough n she stayed with my family only for not more than 2 weeks... n all this while i thought the relationship between us is not that close... but she cried because she missed us... i miss her too... she is an independent gal... unlike the other japanese gals who i met during my visit to japan... she is more mature than most of them... i admire her for her experience in studying abroad... she has no problem in interacting with people of other nationality and races... she knows what she wants n what she is doing... wish her all the best in the future undertakings... be a great lawyer... ganbatte ne!! memories of her homestay will remain in my heart forever...
